Flynn Woods Recreational Improvements Coming Soon!

Exciting changes are happening for Chikaming Open Lands Flynn Woods Preserve, a 34-acre woodland located across the street from Robinson Woods Preserve on East Road in Three Oaks, as it will be getting some major recreational improvements! These improvements will keep the natural integrity of the preserve and will provide many educational and recreational opportunities that will benefit the public.

What's Included in the Improvements

In the recreational improvement proposal the preserve will provide space for educational activities for COL and the community. Part of the plan will be to build on the already existing nature trails, include a bike repair station, pavilion and picnic area, drive with additional parking with ADA accessible parking and bathrooms. The new design will also include native plant demonstration gardens around the structures.

Please check back to find out more information and continuous updates on the project!
