Birding for Beginners

April 18, 2019 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm

Are you interested in becoming a birder? Are you already a birder but looking to hone your skills? Join COL and Berrien County naturalist and Berrien County Birding Club member, Kip Miller, on Thursday, April 18 at 6:00 pm for a bird walk at dusk through Galien River County Park as we over look the Louis J. Sima Greak Lakes Marsh Preserve to observe different species of birds. Kip is a long time birder with years of experience, he will share tips and tricks on how to be a successful birder. Come prepared with your questions for Kip. Binoculars are encouraged but not required.

This program is free and open to the public, but space is limited. Contact COL RSVP at cstruecker@chikamingopenlands.org or call (269) 405-1006.
